I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed. For years, I was hustling—chasing goals, raising kids, and taking care of everyone but myself. Then I had a heart attack in my 40s, and everything changed. As a single mom, I didn’t know how to rest. Slowing down felt impossible. But healing taught me that peace isn’t something you earn after burnout—it’s something you can have now.

That’s why I started Restoration & Peace. I’m a therapist and coach who helps people who are tired, anxious, or just trying to find their way back to themselves. Whether you’re dealing with stress, trauma, or parenting struggles, I offer support that’s real, mindful, and personalized.
